Would you like to change your appointment?

If you want to change your appointment, you must do this 48 hours in advance by telephone 023-5380044 or by email to info@mondzorgpraktijkhn.nl.


If you do not notify us of a change in time, we will charge you for the missed appointment. The costs depend on the treatment time.


You can only change your appointment on working days (check our opening hours). An appointment for Monday and Tuesday must be changed no later than the Friday before.
